Eduardo Alanís

Amorphous figures, chiaroscuro, textures, pictorial experiments and the high contrast of Alanís's work are the main visual characteristics of his paintings, in his color palette that are cold and sober tones, ranging from white, gray, passing through tones siennas and black, its arcane concept makes us wonder many things about what lies behind each piece, which makes the works an enigma for the viewer.

Born in Durango Mexico, He studied the Bachelor of Visual Arts in his state, is currently a teacher of the same art academy, teaching painting and drawing, has had many collective and individual exhibitions, he was won several national and state painting awards, as well his work is in private collections in other countries such as United States, Canada, Spain, Italy, and Australia.
